UK, Europe & Rest of World Delivery Services
When items are in stock we aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days of payment being cleared. During periods when we are receiving high volumes of orders (such as Christmas and Sale Periods) dispatch times may be longer. When the Lulu Guinness warehouse has dispatched your order, you will receive an email notification indicating your order is on its way. This will include a link enabling you to track the package (please allow 4 hours from receipt of email before using the tracking tool). Customers waiting more than 72 hours to receive a dispatch email (excluding Bank Holidays) should contact our Customer Service Team.

The Lulu Guinness luggage range is available for delivery to the UK only. Pricing applies as per chart above. When the Lulu Guinness warehouse has dispatched your order, you will

US & Canadian Delivery Services
Luluguinness.com has 2 types of delivery services for US & Canadian customers:
Ground 5-7 days
Express 2-3 days
All deliveries are made with UPS Courier systems and will need a signature on delivery. All customs/taxes/duties where applicable must be paid on delivery and are not the responsibility of www.luluguinness.com – please bear this in mind especially for gift orders.
Tracking order – All customers are sent a despatch email when the order leaves our warehouse. This email has a tracking code which can be entered into the
UPS US website here.

The Lulu Guinness luggage range is available for delivery to the US (please note: we are currently unable to deliver luggage to Canada). Pricing applies as per chart above (please note: we are currently unable to offer an express delivery for luggage). When the Lulu Guinness
warehouse has dispatched your order, you will
receive an email notification indicating your order is on its way. This
will include a tracking code.
Please note the following general points:
• All orders are sent by UPS and delivered Monday to Friday between 9am – 5pm.
• A signature is required on receipt of goods.
• If a delivery has been attempted by UPS and is unsuccessful, UPS may deliver to a close neighbour or UPS will leave a calling card and attempt to redeliver the next working day. Failing this, you will be responsible for retrieving the undelivered parcels or arranging a further redelivery.
• Lulu Guinness only accepts orders for products that are in stock, with the following conditions:
Payment is accepted and the billing address verified.
Delivery address is verified and confirmed. Please note that should your first order request a different delivery address to the card billing address, delays may occur whist we confirm these details with you.
Delays may be caused by external influences (such as the weather).
• Please note that unfortunately our nominated delivery service UPS cannot currently delivery to BFPO, P.O Box or freight forwarding addresses.
• International orders may be subject to additional import and custom charges which will be payable in cash or cheque on delivery. You will be contacted by your local customs office prior to delivery.
• Lulu Guinness Ltd advises that import and customs charges and local sales taxes may not be refundable to Non-EU customers wishing to return items.
