Which site should I order from?
Customers based in the UK, Europe or other countries outside the US, should order through our UK/GBP currency site by selecting the UK flag at top left of page.
Customers based in the US or Canada should click on the US flag icon to order as below:

Billed in US Dollars ($) to customers with billing addresses within the US or Canada
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in New York so local delivery rates apply. This also means that a New York and New Jersey sales tax applys to all orders placed from these states. The sales tax percentage will be applied at basket stage as a separate total for clarity for customers.
What currency can I pay in?
We have GBP & US Dollar currency available on www.luluguinness.com. Our main site is GBP, but if ordering from the US or Canada please click the US flag at top of page to switch currencies and to get US currency and local delivery rates.
This currency selection is only available to customers who have a billing and delivery address in the US or Canada. All other customers should order through our UK/GBP site.
It is still possible to order from the UK site and ship to a US delivery destination.
What methods of Payment do you accept?
UK/GBP site: we accept all major credit cards and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo & Amex .UK/GBP site: we accept all major credit cards including Visa,

Unfortunately we cannot accept cash or cheque on delivery.
Is the Credit Card Service Secure?
Online payments are taken securely using the U.K’s leading payment gateway Datacash and your credit card details are not stored by Lulu Guinness Ltd. For more detailed security information, please click here.
Do you sell Gift Vouchers?
No, unfortunately we are not currently able to issue Gift Vouchers online.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally with the exception of a few countries. Please contact our Customer Service Team if your country does not appear on our country list.
How much does it cost to ship?
We ship to Europe and internationally from our UK site. We have a US currency site (please click US flag at top left beside the sign in button at top of page) and all US & Canadian orders are sent from our warehouse in New York.

How can I check an order I have placed online?
You can check the status of an order in the My Account section of the website. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you can track its progress. You will recieve a dispatch email confirmation with instructions for tracking your order once it has been dispatched from the warehouse.

Can I send a gift from www.luluguinness.com?
All Lulu Guinness orders are delivered in a Lulu Guinness dust cover and wrapped in Lulu Guinness tissue paper. All Collectables, Rose Baskets, Jewellery, Purses, Wallets and Top Zips also come packaged in their own Lulu Guinness box.
Please note that if you send a gift internationally taxes and duties will be applicable to the recipient on delivery. You will need to warn the recipient of this or they may refuse the delivery.
How do I care for my Lulu Guinness handbag?
Lulu Guinness use delicate fabrics and intricate embroidery techniques on certain items, so please treasure your handbag. Specific care instructions relating to each product can be found on a label inside the zip pocket of your Lulu Guinness bag.
