Returns and Refunds
We
hope you will be satisfied with any product purchased from www.luluguinness.com. Should you wish to return a product to us for any reason,
please fill in the Returns form online within 14 days of the dispatch date.
Registered customers: If registered at the time of purchase, please sign in
to account to apply for a return on a particular order and all the
order information will be automatically filled in. This will send an
email to our Customer Service Team who will contact
you within 24 hours.
Non - registered customers: To apply for a return, please fill in all of the mandatory fields and submit the form. To access the form click here. This will send an email to our Customer Service Team who will contact
you within 24 hours.
Unfortunately we are unable to exchange items, please return the
original item to us and place a new order for an alternative item.
Once
the return is accepted by our Customer Service Team, we will contact
you by email and provide you with an RMA number and return address to
place on the outside of your return. We recommend that all returns to
our warehouse are sent by recorded delivery as the item remains the
responsibility of the purchaser until it reaches our warehouse. All
returns must reach our warehouse within 7 days, if the return is delivered to us outside of this time period then it may not be accepted. Please note: Our warehouse is unable to accept any returns delivered by hand, any returns delivered in this way will be rejected.
Products returned must be in a saleable condition and in their original
undamaged packaging and with all Lulu Guinness tags, dustcovers,
detachable mirrors, straps or gift with purchase items included.
We will refund the price of the product to the purchaser, but we will
consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making
a refund. Delivery charges will not be refunded unless the item is
faulty. We will make no refunds to a third party.
Please note that we cannot exchange or accept the return of earrings for hygienic reasons.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
