Hotel Chocolat is a British chocolatier and cocoa grower, with over seventy shops in the UK since the first opened its doors to guests in North London in 2004.
The brainchild of British entrepreneurs Angus Thirwell and Peter Harris, the company has taken the chocolate world by storm.
Stores can also be found in Copenhagen, but the pièce de résistance of the Hotel Chocolat crown is their 250-year-old cocoa plantation in St Lucia, the Rabot Estate.
They are the only company in the United Kingdom to grow cocoa on their own plantation and one of few in the world to do so.
Not content with simply providing the world with fine chocolate, they also launched their School of Chocolate at Cocoa Vaults in Covent Garden, offering a world of chocolate adventures and experiences.
