UK Delivery
When items are in stock, we aim to send your order out within 1-3 working days. We will let you know if there will be a delay, offering either to keep your goods on order or refund you. We aim to dispatch goods within a 72 hour period but please understand sometimes there are delays - regrettably no delivery service is infallible, and estimated delivery dates are therefore not guaranteed. You will be supplied with a reference number when your order has been processed. You can use this number on the site in the 'Order Status' section to trace when the goods have been dispatched from our premises. Orders will be sent using UPS courier delivery service and may require a signature on receipt. Please use an alternative address for delivery if you are out all day (e.g. work.)
In the highly unlikely event of your order not arriving please allow up to 4 working days from delivery before emailing us at shop@luluguinness.com or by phoning +44 (0) 20 7901 9022. We will then carry out an investigation through UPS and keep you informed of developments.
European delivery
We aim to dispatch your goods within 1-3 days after you place your order. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery. If your delivery address is in Europe, our system will automatically select this service for you and add this cost to the order. You will be supplied with a reference number when your order has been processed. You can use this number on the site in the 'Order Status' section to trace when the goods have been dispatched from our premises. This is a signature service, therefore if your parcel goes missing use the following procedure:
- Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery before emailing us on shop@luluguinness.comor by phoning +44 (0) 20 7901 9022. We will issue a lost in transit form that will be posted to you.
- Complete & return the form, to enable us to process a replacement and pursue a claim.
- We may dispatch items via international recorded delivery.
Please use an alternative address if you are out all day (e.g. work)
Outside Europe delivery
We aim to dispatch your goods within 7 days after you place your order. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery. If your delivery address is anywhere outside of the UK or European Union our system will automatically select an international delivery service and add the cost of shipping to your order. Due to varying import taxes, Lulu Guinness Ltd cannot add taxes and duties to your order, any amount due may have to be paid by the receiver at the destination. You will be supplied with a reference number when your order has been processed. You can use this number on the site in the 'Order Status' section to trace when the goods have been dispatched from our premises. This is a signature service, therefore if your parcel goes missing use the following procedure:

Cancellation
We may cancel an order for any item at any time before delivery. You will be advised by email or telephone if we are unable to complete your order.
Customs & Duty
Please note that all shipments outside the UK or European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the receivers country. As Lulu Guinness Ltd have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be, these additional charges must be paid by the receiver of the goods. Please bear this in mind if you are sending the items as gifts.
When the Lulu Guinness courier contacts you to arrange delivery of the shipment, in most cases you will be required to pay the additional charges with cash or cheque,
