Our website, www.luluguinness.com uses WorldPay as a payment site. It is a secure site. In order to maintain the style of the Lulu Guinness website throughout the shopping process, we access the secure WorldPay payment site via an i-frame. The browser does not show the secure site logo however we can confirm that it is a secure transaction.

How much does my delivery cost?
Postage and packaging charges vary in accordance with where the goods are being delivered.
UK/Inland Deliveries
NEW DELIVERY CHARGE FOR UK/INLAND ORDERS - £4.95
If the goods are being sent within the UK/Inland, there is a flat rate of £4.95. Uk/Inland is defined as England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and excludes all other regions or countries. As delivery is made by UPS, it will need a signature upon delivery. If the order is exceptionally large this rate may increase. You will be informed of the delivery cost before completing the payment process.
Non UK Inland Deliveries
Postage and packaging charges vary in accordance with the destination of your order. You will be informed of the postage cost before completing the payment process.
Please remember if you are an international customer that due to varying taxes and duties in countries outside of the UK we cannot know in advance the Duty rate that will have to be paid.
Please Note: Due to security reasons, we do not deliver to PO Boxes or other non-residential or business addresses.
I am an international customer, how do I pay the duty and taxes?
In most cases you will be required to pay the additional charges with cash or cheque on delivery. Where are orders dispatched?
All orders are dispatched from our Lulu Guinness warehouse in Berkshire, United Kingdom. International customers should note that our shipping charges from the UK do not include any duties and taxes that might be applied at destination. You may be asked to pay money to your local customs agent in order to receive the item.
Do you take telephone orders?
We are unable to offer a telephone order service at this stage.

Is it possible to send a gift to someone from www.luluguinness.com?
All Lulu Guinness merchandise is delivered wrapped in tissue paper. At present we cannot not offer gift wrapping however you can add a personal message. All Collectables, Rose Baskets, Lips Clutches, Jewellery, Purses and Top Zips come packaged in their own Lulu Guinness Box. All Handbags and clutches come with a Lulu Guinness dust bag.
The personal message does not show up on your order confirmation. However it will have been processed. Should you have any problems adding a message, please e-mail: shop@luluguinness.com.
If you are an international customer (you are ordering from outside of the UK or European Union) please remember that a customs duty and tax charge may be applied and will be required to be paid by the receiver upon delivery of the goods.
Please bear in mind that all purchases will need to be signed for when goods arrive at its final destination.

Lulu Guinness use delicate fabrics and intricate embroidery techniques so please treasure your handbag. Specific care instructions can be found on a label inside the zip pocket of your Lulu Guinness bag.
Can I get my Lulu Guinness handbag repaired?
For items that are not faulty a cobbler can repair most handbags that have been damaged from wear and tear. If there are any quality concerns with your Lulu Guinness item then please contact the Store/place of purchase to discuss your options under their Terms of Sale.
Only items purchased as a Lulu Guinness store or online at www.luluguinness.com can be processed for a repair through our stores and website. Any web purchases requiring a repair must be emailed through to our Customer Services Department on shop@luluguinness.com
