  1. Where can I buy Lulu Guinness Opticals, Bed linen, Rugs, Baby Buggies and Collectables?

    We feel certain Lulu Guinness products need to be experienced in person.
    Therefore we have provided details of our stockists at the bottom of each of the Eye Candy pages to assist you.

    Collectables can be purchased at our Lulu Guinness Boutique stores. Please contact your closest store for more details.

    In the US, optical frames can be purchased from Independent eyecare practitioners. Ask for Lulu Guinness by name or click here for the store locator.

  1. Is www.luluguinness.com a secure website?

    Our website, www.luluguinness.com uses WorldPay as a payment site. It is a secure site. In order to maintain the style of the Lulu Guinness website throughout the shopping process, we access the secure WorldPay payment site via an i-frame. The browser does not show the secure site logo however we can confirm that it is a secure transaction.

  1. How long until my order arrives?

    Please allow up to 7 days from placing your order to receive your goods. For further delivery information please visit our Customer Service page.

  1. How much does my delivery cost?

    Postage and packaging charges vary in accordance with the weight, size & destination of your order. You will be informed of the postage cost before completing the payment process. Please remember if you are an international customer that due to varying taxes and duties in countries outside of the UK we cannot know in advance the Duty rate that will have to be paid.

5.       I am an international customer, how do I pay the duty and taxes?

 

The Lulu Guinness courier will contact you to arrange delivery of the shipment, in most cases you will be required to pay the additional charges with cash or cheque on delivery. If you are contacted by the courier or your local customs office and you are at all unsure in any way of the next steps, please contact our Customer Service Team on +44 (0) 20 7901 9022 or by email at shop@luluguinness.com.

 

  1. Where are orders dispatched?

    All orders are despatched from our Lulu Guinness warehouse in Berkshire, United Kingdom. International customers should note that our shipping charges from the UK do not include any duties and taxes that might be applied at destination. You may be asked to pay money to your local customs agent in order to receive the item.

  1. Do you take telephone orders?

    We are unable to offer a telephone order service at this stage.

Our office hours are 10am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Alternatively our Lulu Guinness boutique stores offer a mail order service for your convenience.

  1. Is it possible to send a gift to someone from www.luluguinness.com?

    All Lulu Guinness merchandise is delivered gift wrapped in tissue paper with ribbon inside a Lulu Guinness bag and all shopping tags will be hidden from sight.

    If you are an international customer (you are ordering from outside of the UK or European Union) please remember that a customs duty and tax charge may be applied and will be required to be paid by the receiver upon delivery of the goods.

    Please bear in mind that all purchases will need to be signed for when goods arrive at its final destination.

  1. How do I clean my Lulu Guinness Bag?

    Lulu Guinness use delicate fabrics and intricate embroidery techniques so please treasure your handbag. Specific care instructions can be found on a label inside the zip pocket of your Lulu Guinness bag. 
     
  2. Can I get my Lulu Guinness bag repaired?

    A cobbler can repair most handbags that have been damaged from wear and tear.

    If you have any quality concerns with your Lulu bag then please contact the Store/place of purchase to discuss your options under their Terms of Sale.

    Any web purchases requiring a repair must be emailed through to our Customer Services Department on shop@luluguinness.com

  1. Where are Lulu Guinness bags made?

    Lulu Guinness Ltd use factories in both Europe and the Far East.

  1. Do you accept Work Experience applications at Lulu Guinness?

    Lulu Guinness is a very creative and stimulating environment. This is a great opportunity to learn from the best in the business and get first hand experience of what it's like to work in the fashion industry.
