Please apply within 7 days of purchase for a return or refund.
Items will be refunded providing that the item is returned in the same condition as delivered with the original packaging intact and all tags attached.
If you are returning all or part of your purchase you will need to complete a returns form online at www.luluguinness.com.
Please log in to the ‘My Account’ on the website in order to start the return process.
· Sign into your Lulu Guinness account, and click on the “Order History” link in the left-hand menu. Click on the order number of the product you wish to return, click this link and complete the return form.
· Submit the form to apply for a return number (RMA), your application will be sent through to our Website Team. If the return is accepted, an RMA number will appear next to the item in the Order History page.
· Return the goods to the address provided in the RMA confirmation e-mail. When returning the goods please write the RMA number on the return shipping label. Please note: Goods that are not accompanied by an official return number will not be accepted.
· Please take due care to ensure the items are returned in good condition and not damaged or lost in transit. We recommend sending by registered post and that proof of posting is retained.
· Refunds are issued approximately two weeks after receipt of goods to allow for inspection.
· Customers who have paid by credit card will have their accounts credited. We will not make refunds to a third party.
· We will contact you in the event that we decide to reject your return request.
· We are unable to exchange/refund earrings due to hygiene regulations.
· All Lulu Guinness products come with a one year warranty and all returns must be authorised by our online team.

Post and package costs are not refundable unless the item is faulty.
Lulu Guinness Ltd is not responsible for return packages, it is the customers responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.
Following an inspection, if the returned goods are found to be faulty, Lulu Guinness Ltd will refund cost of the goods and returns postage.
Items purchased online at www.luluguinness.com cannot be exchanged or returned at any Lulu Guinness boutique stores.
