Returns

In order to return a product you will need to sign-in and select your order from the "Order History" page. Select the reason for returning the product from the drop down menu and then return the product in the packaging provided. 

Should you wish to return the item for any reason, the following conditions apply:

All countries excluding the United States
The form enclosed with your order must be completed in full and accompany the item you wish to return within 7 days of receipt of goods for the UK or 14 days for the rest of the world. Failure to do so will prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges. Products should be returned in the same condition as when they arrived with the original packaging intact and tags attached.  Please take care when unpacking & repacking. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Please also note that you are responsible for taking all to care to ensure the items are received in good condition and not damaged in transit. We recommend that you send by registered post & retain proof of posting. Refunds and exchanges are made approximately two weeks after receipt of goods to allow for inspection. Customers who have paid by credit card will have their accounts credited. We will not make refunds to a third party.

As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request. Replacement goods held in stock will be dispatched within 7 working days. If your chosen substitute is not in stock we will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund. Post and packaging costs are not refundable unless the item is faulty. In the event of the goods being faulty we will cover all costs for postage and either refund or exchange the goods.

United States Returns

Lulu Guinness operates a USA based returns service which is now available for orders to the United States. All terms and conditions above apply; The form enclosed with your order must be completed in full and accompany the item you wish to return within 14 days for orders to the United States. Failure to do so will prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges. Please pack the merchandise securely in the original shipping package and send it back using the enclosed pre-addressed mailing label. Please be sure to include the Return Form in your package.

As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request. Replacement goods held in stock will be dispatched within seven working days. If your chosen substitute is not in stock we will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund. Items purchased online at luluguinness.com cannot be exchanged or returned at any Lulu Guinness boutique stores.

Returns Procedure
If you are returning all or part of your purchase you will need to complete a returns form. To do this, sign into your Lulu Guinness account, and click on the “Order History“ link in the left-hand menu. The Order History page lists all of your previous orders with us. If you have not already returned all items from a particular order or the order’s order date is still within the 1yr return period you will see a return link against the order. Click this and complete the return details in the returns form. Submitting this form will issue you with a temporary return number and your details will be sent through to us. If we accept your return you will see an RMA number appear next to your return in the Order History page and we may also contact you to advise of this decision. At this point you may return the goods; please be sure to quote this RMA number on the package. We will contact you in the event that we decide to reject your return request.
