Where else should I go in Tokyo?

If you want to shop 'til you drop, then Rappongi shopping centre is the place to visit, with many a club and bar not far away for those who have enough stamina. Not far away is Tokyo Midtown, a boutique-shopper's heaven. Visit Restir, a fantastic concept store which stocks cutting edge designers to the brim.

A visit to Tokyo Tower will ensure you get some sightseeing in, but don't forget to pay National Art Centre Tokyo a visit. Stop of at the Mori Art Museum too - they have a dynamic programme of exhibitions on. And if you fancy seeing much much more of Tokyo, take a trip to the Tokyo City View Observatory, where you can see a 360 degree panoramic view over the city.

To fully explore the diversity of Tokyo city life (and it's shopping) head to Shibuya 109, another fantastic shopping centre, as well as Daikanyama which is full of vintage shops and little cafes, should you need to recharge with a coffee.

For some much needed rest and relaxation, head to the nearby Yoyogi Park. Take in the live music and performers such as horn players and hip hop dancers, or take a stroll along the fountain pond whilst you take in the scenic view. You can also rent bikes here, though think twice before you opt for the tandem - especially if your feet are tired from shopping all day.
