Lulu is a big supporter of women working in the creative industries which is why the Bird’s Eye View FIlm Festival, specifically dedicated to highlighting women filmmakers (and now in its 7th year) is a worth a visit. This year, the Fashion Loves Film section of the festival looks at trends across the Arab region and amonsgt other short films, features award-winning documentary Du-buy: the Fabric of Faith by Emily Harris. This is followed by a panel discussion led by cutting-edge film director, Kathryn Ferguson, who last year directed the dynamic fashion film, Horses for designer label, Chloé.
