A day in the eye of... Fashionista Barbie

Danielle---SARAH-1_LINES Name / Name of Blog: Danielle Wightman-Stone / Fashionista Barbie The best show I’ve been to is... I’ve been to so many shows that I've loved it's hard to choose just one. I remember my first front row seeing the amazing couture designs of Corrie Nielsen, to seeing the incredible army of models at the end of ever Bora Aksu show, to witnessing the celebrity scrum at a House of Holland show in an NCP carpark – each season there is always a new high! The designer I most look forward to seeing is... I always love to see what big brands such as Burberry produce as their shows are such a spectacle – but I also love that LFW really supports emerging designers such as Fyodor Golan, Simone Rocha and Sister by Sibling. I love LFW but if I could change one thing about it would be... To have more presentation set-ups like you get at New York Fashion Week. I love the catwalk but when you go to presentations you can get closer to the pieces and take in the details of a collection. My LFW Lulu must have is... A tie between two amazing bags the Izzy satchel and the leopard hair-calf Amelia – both are gorgeous and statement pieces. The Amelia is probably more practical for carrying my camera and LFW essentials but I do love a cross body bag and the Izzy will go with everything. My ‘go to’ outfit for LFW is... A leather skirt, a statement tee and chunky boots – paired with a colourful bag and lots of arm candy. This season I’ll be teaming my eye coin purse with... My ‘hazel’ eye purse literally works with everything I own!!! From my ‘day in the eye of’ photo diary you can expect... A fashion bloggers insider’s view of LFW – capturing the craziness of the fashion circus from the cobbled steps of Somerset House to inside London’s hottest shows and basically all the Instagramable moments in-between.
