Things to do, things to see…Sonia Delaunay

This week we had the pleasure of experiencing the first UK retrospective to explore the breadth of Sonia Delaunay’s career at the Tate Modern. The exhibition shows a series of vibrant paintings which capture the spirit of modernity through Sonia’s own personal experiences.

With a repertoire including collaborations with literary figures such as Blaise Cendrars and designing the costumes for the production of Sergie Diaghilev’s Cleopatra, Sonia proves to be one of the most versatile and inspiring artists of her time.
