Should you wish to return a product to us for any reason, please fill in the Returns form online within 14 days of the dispatch date.
Unfortunately we are unable to exchange items, please return the original item to us and place a new order for an alternative item.
Once the return is accepted by our Customer Service Team, we will contact you by email and provide you with an RMA number and return address. All returns must reach our warehouse within 7 days.

All products carry a 12 month repair policy (valid from the date of purchase, subject to normal wear and tear). If within this period you detect a fault with your goods, they will be repaired or replaced upon further evaluation.
To return your product for repair or replacement you must contact our Online Support Team first, who will direct you further.
