Every Good Wish

Step inside this year’s 1950s-inspired Christmas campaign and discover our sparkling gifting wish list you can download and keep.

This year we're feeling inspired by a 1950s-style Christmas, celebrating togetherness, nostalgic traditions and gathering at home with family.

“I have fond memories of Christmases at home growing up”, remembers Lulu. “It was all about the family getting together for different little occasions from Christmas eve cocktails for the grown-ups to us all sitting together around the television on Christmas Day to watch the Queen’s speech.”
You’ll see that homely 1950s aesthetic - sprinkled with some Lulu magic - in the campaign photography. From the classic tree perched on a table next to the TV, trimmed with cute Collectible charms, to the Christmas drinks trolley complete with a delicious tipple and our playful cocktail purses. We also loved the idea of a festive dressing table, to house our glamorous compact mirrors, jewellery boxes and evening bags – perfect for gifts and getting ready for all the parties, of course. It’s all about creating that special feel-good mood.

As this will be our first year without the Queen's speech, the campaign headline 'Every Good Wish' is our homage to Her Majesty - they were her words from her very first Christmas address to the nation back in 1952. She said: “Wherever you are, either at home or away, in snow or in sunshine, I give you my affectionate greetings, with every good wish for Christmas and the New Year. She went on to talk about family coming together “in spirit and affection by exchanging greetings”.

It is this sentiment and Christmas cheer we want to extend to you. And we can help with the trimmings, too, of course, with our special gifting edit full of present ideas, big and small. Looking for inspiration? We’ve created a special gift guide and wish list for you to download, print and share to help get you in the Lulu Christmas spirit. Enjoy!
