Club Lulu is our free loyalty programme where you earn Lulu Points to gain rewards. Get early access to brand new products, sale launches, discount codes and much more. Simply create an account and start earning points you can spend at checkout.

Simply sign up to start earning Club Lulu Points. Redeem your points towards vouchers plus, get your hands on early access to newly released products, discount codes when you refer friends and exclusive content. ​

1. SIGN UP: Create a free Lulu Guinness online account​ to be automatically enrolled into Club Lulu.
2. EARN POINTS: Earn Club Lulu points each time you shop. Earn 1 point for every £1 spent. More points unlock more rewards!
3. REWARDS: Move your way up the tiers - the higher the tier the better the benefits. Plus, redeem your points towards vouchers to spend on your orders.

Anyone can join Club Lulu! Club Lulu is available for all customers who have an online account. Create an account here.

Simply create an online account to be automatically enrolled. If you are already a customer with an account, you will be added automatically.

If you already have an online account, you will automatically be opted into Club Lulu. For customers who do not have an account, simply create an online account here. You will then be automatically enrolled into the loyalty programme.​

ClubLulu points are earned when you shop at Lulu Guinness. The more points you earn will unlock higher tiers with more benefits and rewards.

Every £1 spent = 1 point

You will need to earn a certain amount of Club Lulu points to reach each tier. Please see these below:

Tier 1 The Key: 0-599 points
Tier 2 The Salon: 600-1199 points
Tier 3 The Pearl Room: 1200+ points

More points mean more rewards for you!  You can redeem your points towards vouchers as well as unlocking rewards.

It's so easy to earn points and more points equals more rewards for you! The more points you earn, the higher the tier and the better the rewards. There are lots of ways you can earn more points, visit our loyalty page here for more information.

You can also find your points balance and tier status on the Club Lulu page when you are logged into your online account. Simply login into your account here and click loyalty.

After 12 months of joining Club Lulu your points will expire, and your tier status will be evaluated. Your tier status is evaluated based on the number of points earned in the year.

Yes, your points will expire after 12 months of joining Club Lulu. We will send you a notification to let you know when your points are about to expire. If you have not made a purchase within the 12 months your points balance will expire, and you will no longer be able to spend your points.

No, only one voucher can be redeemed at a time.

There might be several reasons why your voucher is not working:

- Loyalty vouchers can only be used one at a time
- Please make sure you are logged into your account
- Your voucher may have a spend threshold. Please see these below:


£15 voucher off on a minimum spend of £100
£25 voucher off on a minimum spend of £150
£40 voucher off on a minimum spend of £150
Free standard delivery has no minimum spend

Loyalty reward vouchers are revealed at checkout, where you can select and redeem. Your Loyalty voucher code will apply to your whole order and will be deducted from the total.

Loyalty vouchers are applied at checkout and will be deducted from all items in your basket. If you have purchased multiple items, the discount will be split and deducted evenly across all items.

Yes, if the email address used is the same as the one used for your account our system will recognise that you have an account and attribute your points the next time you login

Your points will be updated as soon as you create an online account, sign up to our newsletter or follow us on our social channels. For points earned for placing an order, these will be pending and only show in your account 30 days after the order is placed.

Not all points will show in your points balance straight away. Points earned for placing an order will be pending and will be shown in your account 30 days after the order is placed.

Points earned will be pending on your account for 30 days before they are added to your total points. If you decide to return an item(s) the points earned from the returned item/items will be deducted from pending points balance and will not be added to your overall points balance.​

Your redeemed Club Lulu vouchers will not be reinstated to your account if an item/items from an order where a loyalty voucher has been used is returned.

Any Loyalty vouchers redeemed on orders being returned will not be reinstated to your account. Loyalty Vouchers apply to the entire order and are deducted evenly across all items in your basket. If 1 item of your order is returned, you will be refunded the amount you paid which will include the deduction of part of the Loyalty voucher discount.

Previous orders that have been placed prior to joining Club Lulu will not count towards your points.​

To ensure you receive your birthday points make sure you register your birthday with us. You can let us know your birthday from your Loyalty account page. Simply click Birthday and enter your birth date. If you have already let us know about your birthday and have not received your birthday points, please contact us here. 

Customers who have an online account earn points when making a purchase. You can create an account here. If you already have an account and have made a purchase and still have not received your points, please contact our customer services team here.

You can refer a friend via your account Loyalty page. Simply click on ‘Refer a friend’ in the earn more points section to send your friend a treat. For every friend you refer that successfully makes a purchase you will receive 50 Club Lulu Points. Your friend will also receive a £10 voucher towards their next purchase. The Refer a friend voucher can only be used by new customers only, on a £100 minimum spend and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

If you have been sent a refer a friend voucher code please make sure to enter the same email address the voucher was sent to at the delivery stage at the checkout.
