Please be aware that darker coloured leathers can transfer colour onto lighter coloured fabrics and mark it. Dark Coloured fabric dyes (such as denim) can also transfer onto lighter coloured leathers. Colour transfer in this way is not covered under the Lulu Guinness care policy.

Care instructions:

Try to keep leather away from water and out of heavy rainfall. If it does get wet, remove any residual water immediately with paper towels, pack loosely with paper and allow the leather to dry naturally.
Incidental marks, tonal changes and/or textural variations should not be considered as imperfections. These just add to the uniqueness of the product.
Marks may appear on the leather surface and with age the finish may start to dull. This is just a sign of a well-loved product and its inherent characteristics. Superficial marks can often be rubbed carefully with a soft cloth.

Care and Returns:

To keep your Lulu piece in pristine condition, we recommend storing it in its giftbox when not in use. If for any reason you wish to return this item it must be returned in its original packaging.
